Wp-Mail error

I am getting this error message every 15 minutes but my blog by email thing does not work till I manually trigger the ‘mydomain.com/get_mail.php’ script.

I have set up crontabs on my server also; that also does not work. I have successfully installed Postie, Cronless Posite, WP-cron, Wp-cron mail. I don’t know what else should I do. My Crontab is set up to execute this command every 10 minutes:
/home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/subdomains/mysubdomain/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/postie/get_mail.php >/dev/null 2>&1

Any ideas what is my problem.
