WP-Lister Setup Step Two code 500 Error

    I added my PayPal email that is linked to my eBay store in WP-Lister General Settings and saved.

    The top yellow section says: WP-Lister Setup – Step 2

    Before creating your first profile, we need to download certain information which are specific to the eBay site you selected.

    This includes shipping options, payment methods, your custom store categories as well as the whole eBay category tree, which might take a while.

    When I click on the Update eBay Details it starts to run, then errors out.
    This is what the pop up is saying with the error.

    update payment options (red ex)
    A problem occured while processing this task. The server responded with code 500:
    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    What do I do to correct this error?

    Have you checked if anything is red on WooCommerce -> System Status? How much memory does it have available on that page? (should be 64M at least)

    If it’s not a memory issue, you need to do what the message says: check your server’s error log – or contact your server admin / webhoster support if you don’t know where to find it.

    Yes there are two in red
    WP Memory Limit: 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP

    SOAP Client: Your server does not have the SOAP Client class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.

    I’m not sure how to correct these red areas.

    Just click on “Increasing memory allocated to PHP” which will take you to http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP which explains what you should do.

    Ignore the red message regarding SOAP client for now – but if increasing the memory to 64M or 96M does not fix this issue, you need to contact your server admin to check the error_log for you.

    Got my web host to increase the memory. That part is working great now. thanks.
    Didn’t realize when I loaded the WP-Lister plug-in free one did not import ebay listings. Guess I will have to manually list them.
