This Danish site is built by WP.

If you mouse over the black block of Categories and Cart on the top right, popup will come with categories and cart details.

Also, you will see that the black block is a fixed position block that always stay in the same position even you scroll up and down.

I actually like this. Just wonder does anyone know what is the WP theme they used?
