Login Problem

    Hello,

    After completing the installation I am unable to connect, wordpress don’t accept my login and passwords. What I am doing wrong here ?

    When I try to get a new password WordPress do not recognize my mail adress as a registered adress.

    What mode is your FTP program set to ?

    Make sure translation is disabled.

    I use filezilla.
    In EDIT pulldown menu
    choose SETTINGS > TRANSFERS > File Types
    There are settings for transfer type of: AUTO ASCII binary
    You might be able to force the mode here.

    While you are at it, PLEASE check that your file is in TEXT mode on your local file system, and that your QUOTE characters are not “graphically corrected”, we see this all the time here with various APPLE / MAC editors.

    i also unable to login to wordpress after upgrading to wordpress 4.0 .
