wp-admin/install.php to open in browser?

    wp-admin/install.php
    I’m following the “five minute installation” and I’m already stuck at trying to upload getting wp-admin/install.php to open up in I.E. so I can follow the last steps.

    Lastly, when they say upload everything they mean the entire wordpress folder including wp-content, wp-includes, wp-admin?

    Yes, those three folder and their sub-folders as well as the 21 files are the WordPress distribution and need to be uploaded.
