Hi,
First of all check your website address and wordpress address in your sire settings, if everything is ok there, disable all plugins and see if the issue is still there.

Of course I checked what you mentioned very well. I still have no idea why it happens.
Hmmm… disable all the plugins and activate the default twenty-eleven template and check the admin dashboard again…
i am also facing the same issue, i didn’t get login window for Admin.
its simply showing the white scree.

As I said … you need to disable all the plugins first and check the admin page again, so we would know where to start the troubleshooting.

Not able to login to Admin page then how can i disable the Plugins,
is there any other way to disable the plugin’s from File Manager, If yes let me know the syntax steps.

Fallow the steps here to disable all the plugins.
If you think it will be more easy to do it with ftp then change the name of the plugin folder to plugin.old but making the changes throw the database using sql code / phpmyadmin is the best way.

Well, found the source of problem: memcache extension. It’s resolved.
