WP admin access not working help

    Hi i have trouble access my Wp admin access
    When i got to my webpage and try to put my access
    Its not working Blank page !

    Also when customer try to shop on my webpage
    They cant access the chekcout opion its blank page toi

    Can you help me
    Im not a tech person
    Need help please I just cant across back office anymore ,

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

    CAN YOU DO IT FOR ME PLEASE I DONT GET ANYTHING ?
    WHERE SHOULD I CHANGE THE THEME I CANNOT ACCESS BACK OFFICE ON ADMIN .
    SHOULD I GO TO HOSTGATOR ?

    Hi Beauty,

    Do you have a web designer or someone else helping you with the site? If not, call the hosting company if you’re not able to access the site via FTP. Accessing your site via FTP isn’t really something that you’ll be able to have someone do through the wordpress forums.
