WP 3.1.2 loading time performance drop compare 3.1.1

    Yesterday I just install WP 3.1.1, and I use Firebug YSlow to test out the performance, average speed is 0.4333s
    but today I updated WP 3.1.2 average speed is 0.964s.
    Almost double up the loading time.

    I tested up with original sample data.

    That is really bad in performance.
    Any chance to improve back?
