WP 3.0 Posts and Pages

Before WP 3.0, if I wanted to have a menu Page and an identical Post showing up in my blogroll, the only way to do it was to create the page first and then create an identical post.

Do I still have to do it this way in WP 3.0 or is there some way to have a page show up in my blogroll?
