Works Great!

I have a form that could either be accessed directly by the user or through a link in our application. If it was accessed through the application, it would also supply the registration ID to the form. The problem was how to dynamically fill in the registration ID field. This plugin solved the problem. I did have to add a small enhancement and that was the desire to have the field be read-only if a value was supplied by the application and writeable if the field was blank. It was very easy to modify for our purposes and required a slight rework upgrading the plugin from 1.2 to 2.0.
