WordPress.org “log in plugin”

    Does anyone know the plugin WordPress.org is using for users to login?
    is at the top right of the site:

    Plugin Directory
    Username: ABCDE Password ****** (forgot?) or Register

    Then once the user logs in it shows

    “Welcome, user name | log out”

    I have search and search the plugin directory but the only thing I can find is a sidebar widget? Any one knows?
