WordPress bbPress Integrated Search

    I wanted to have a search box on my website that would search the bbPress forums as well as the WordPress post that are both being run from the same database.

    How can I make sure the search actually searches both of these areas for a given search?

    ex: A visitor search for “orc hunter”

    results given: 3 posts on the wordpress that deal with orc hunter AND 17 threads on the forums that have to deal with orc hunter.

    I have searched the forums and I cannot find anything dealing with this and I’m sure it can be done!

    I’m no expert when it comes to PHP and coding at all. Never even had a search engine on a website in the past…

    Anyone out there have any input? Maybe even a plugin for either bbPress or WordPress?
