wordpress website/account disappeared

I am not able to login to my wordpress account as it says it cannot recognize this user name as well as email. And when I went to my site it’s showing error page below:
jessiel.sgedu.site’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINAll my web content remains on my Siteground server. Does anyone know what went wrong and how to fix it?

DNS servers for your domain are set asName Server: NS1.CLEV1.NET Name Server: NS2.CLEV1.NETyou have to contact them with any DNS related questions
PS: since CLEV1 redirects to SiteGround, you have to contact SiteGround support.
