WordPress Version Detection

I found that after some recent updates the iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security) plugin does not longer hide my WordPress installation, plugins, WP version and theme information from simple public detections such as http://builtwith.com and http://www.wpthemedetector.com/

It used to hide all my information by enabling the Generator Meta Tag and Display Random Version under the WordPress tweaks.
