WordPress upgrade problem

Hi,
I have a problem with upgrading to 3.3.1 (from 3.1.3). The page with text just stands (I wait 10 even more minutes);

Upgrade WordPress
Loading from http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.3.1.zip…

Any advice would be appreciated.
