• Hi,

I update WP to the latest version 5.03 and now I’m having issues. When I’m in WP admin and I go to my blog section everything looks good. I can see all my draft blogs. When I select edit then it open a blog that is not the one I just told it to open but opens one that got published back in Oct 2018.

I then try to open a web page and again it opens up that blog published in Oct.

Any idea why it’s doing that or how I can fix this?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Just for fun and good luck: go to settings->permalinks, validate the settings are correct, and click “save”.

    Hi,

settings were correct and performed the save. Went back to a draft post and same issue, still see the blog for Oct, 2018.

Do you have any caching enabled, either via plugins or through Cloudflare, etc? Clear all caches.

No I don’t have caching enable. I no longer have cloudflare. I did delete the browser cache and now when I open a drat browser I get and error message
“The editor has encountered an unexpected error” There there are 3 options, attempt Recovery, Copy Post Text, Copy Error.

I selected copy Error. Here’s the results.

Maybe you might want to install the Classic Editor plugin and let that act as your default editor for a while.

Some of the errors I see in your second post looks like divi builder plugin errors so you might want to seek help from them also with this issue. Possibly a conflict with the two editors or something.

I think this is their support forum so start there…

I saw that also. So I disable the DIVI plugin but it did not make any changes. Luckily I made a backup before upgrading everything, so I think I’m going to do a restore and go back to older versions until I figure out things.
