WordPress update everything looks different.

Hello Experts,

I made a WordPress updated, because the settings of the WordPress menu were not working anymore.
I made backup of the ftp and database before.
Originally it should look like that:
http://chris12222.webspace4free.net/latest/

but it looks now like that:
http://www.bestaltmed.at/forum/

I think it was because the Themes have been updated too.
Can I do something that the website goes back to it´s original shape?
