WordPress Theme Pattern

I’m just learning how to use wordpress as a CMS for a non profit organization and im loving it.

I am trying to look for themes where the layout is very similar to http://www.gatesfoundation.org/Pages/home.aspx

The menu feature and map feature of the site is also awesome so I hope there is a similar plugin here in wordpress.

Help for this one is greatly appreciated.
