WordPress templates and Dreamweaver

    How customizable are WordPress themes are for a person without much web experience. I have been learning about Dreamweaver in class but I’m still pretty new to it. Is Dreamweaver a good means for editing my WordPress site?

    Dreamweaver does everything. in WP theme dev you should do everything by yourself cause there are functions and php tags ( all available in codex ) i don’t think dreamweaver can do.. anyways, just a comment.
