WordPress Site Running Slow

    My wordpress site has been running unusually slow.

    I have Host Gator and currently share hosting with four other websites. I think the problem is with my images, but even the dashboard is operating slowly.

    Not really sure what the problem is and don’t really have a solution.

    Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

    Hmm, some of the image are really huge, arent they? “<img width=”1600″ height=”1066″…” doesnt really make sense here. I think that might be the problem. Try to used small versions here.

    Yes they are quite big. I will try to reduce the size.
    I currently use plugins: jQuery lazy load plugin and WP Smush.it
    Not sure if they are making a difference though.
