WordPress search codex

In my gallery pages I have quite a few image of garage doors with a caption that indicates the number (for my reference) of the garage door. I also have the garage door number as part of the image title, alt text, description. Is there a way to edit the wordpress search codex to search either of these tags and have the results page show the image as opposed to listing the page on which the image is found?

Or maybe a different search plugin that does this kind of search within my site?
