When i disable some WordPress plugin but want to leave it available for the future (not delete it), i would like to write a note with the reason why this plugin is there so later i know why it is disabled or why it is available.
Yes, i can use yet another plugin to add custom note to a Plugins list page. But better would be to add the inline note for each plugin, by default. Feature request for this is here.
