WordPress Pages disappear after server migration

Hello, I have two wordpress installations on the same domain. One for my landing page and one for my blog. My landing page is located at http://taylormarlowe.org. I recently migrated from one host to another and seemed to have no troubles. I moved the file structure over and the databases over and reconfigured wp-config. However, the “contact” page I had set up on the landing page no longer works. It 404’s when I click on it. So I deleted the page and made another contact form. Same thing it 404’s. Everything else on both my blog and the landing page seem to be working.

Any suggestions?
