WordPress Page Number Navigation

Hello,

We are in the process of creating our new wordpress blog and are looking to add page number navigation to the bottom of our homepage. Our website is http://www.wineandbowties.com/wordpress. We have downloaded The WP Page Numbers Plugin but have been unable to get it to work. Each time we click on a page number it reloads the homepage instead of taking you to a new page.
