• Hello:

I have designed with WP before, so I basically know how to use the program. But, something is off with my new website [Moderated: Redundant link removed]. When I login to admin the WordPress logo is there but the design menu doesn’t come on. When I click on WP, it keeps asking me to download the program. So, I’m confused here. Can someone advise please?

    Thank you

Since this is a new site, try Manually re-uploading. Download a fresh copy of the latest.zip file for this release (top right on this page) to your computer, and use that to copy up. You may need to delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folders on your server (NOTE: do not delete the wp-content directory or your wp-config.php file) Read the Manual Update directions first.

The design / appeareance menu when using TwentyTwentyTwo is different from what you were used to. Block themes completely rebuild here. Change your theme to a classic theme and you will get the menu back you know.

What you mean by the download, though, is a mystery to me. Where exactly do you click on it?
