WordPress Menus not displaying

    I’ve tried about a million times to get my WordPress Menu to show (Dashboard > Appearance > Menus) on my theme, and regardless of how many times I create a new menu, it refuses to display.

    I currently have it set to show in the footer using the Menu Widget, and still nothing except the widget h3 is visible. See here: http://ohmybonbon.com

    This is my functions.php, and here is my header.php.

    Help is greatly appreciated!
