WordPress Login Not Working, Only Refreshing

Hi,

I’m having trouble logging into my WordPress site.
Every time I try to login, the login page only refreshes.

I have the correct username and password. I read this thread here, and tried deleting a few plug in files. Still, I’m not able to log in.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can log into my wordpress site? I’m hosting with 1 & 1 and I’ve called them as well.
