When I log into my dashboard, it takes me to the homepage. If I try to get to the dashboard, it tells me I do not have approval to see that page. I tried to upade the login from WP toolkit and get the following error – Unable to find the specified administrator account in WordPress. Specify the username of your WordPress administrator’s account.

There is no change when I disable the plugins and no change when I disable the active theme. Any help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I tried that already.

Whoa, ok, just to be clear, restoring a pre-incident working backup made no change?

If so, this is very odd, as it would suggest the problem isn’t WordPress at all.

Have you tried logging in from a different browser? Are you blocking cookies? Have you spoken to your hosting provider’s support about this?

I was able to fix my issue by creating a new Admin in phpMyAdmin. After I got to the dashboard, I found out that the role is gone from my old admin and still cannot change it.
