• I can login to WordPress it seems only once per day before getting locked out.

The first time I login to WordPress on any given day it works perfectly. I log in, I’m at the WordPress dashboard and I can make changes as needed. The problem arises when I log out and try to log back in later that day. I can get to the login page, enter my username and password but from the second login onwards it doesn’t take me to the WordPress dashboard it takes me to the website with no WordPress functionality as though I’m not logged in at all.

I have 22 plugins installed. They are:
    – Contact Form 7
    – Custom Contact Forms
    – EWWW Image Optimizer
    – Fast Secure Contact Form
    – Fusion Core
    – HC Custom WP-Admin URL
    – Indeed My Testimonials
    – Login LockDown
    – Post Duplicator
    – Really Simple CAPTCHA
    – Revolution Slider
    – Rich Reviews
    – Ultimate Social Media and Share Icons
    – Video SEO for WordPress SEO by Yoast
    – W3 Total Cache
    – Wistia WordPress Plugin
    – WordPress-to-Lead for Salesforce CRM
    – WP Backup Plugin
    – WP Responsive Menu
    – WP REST API
    – WP-Spamshield
    – Yoast SEO

Has anyone experienced this before? Or know what’s going on here?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Dan

  • Just a wild guess here, but I would begin by taking a close look at the ‘HC Custom WP-Admin URL’ and ‘Login LockDown’ settings.

edit: WordPress does not do lockouts, so it is something other than WordPress that is locking you out.
