    Hi,

That means that you’re missing some files in your UpdraftPlus install. i.e. When WordPress installed it, it missed some files out. (When WordPress installs a plugin, all it’s doing is unzipping a zip file).

The most likely cause of that is running out of disk space in your web hosting, so that WordPress hit a limit and had to stop.

The best thing to do is use FTP to entirely remove the directory wp-content/plugins/updraftplus from your website, and then try to install again. If the same happens again, check your web hosting space and how near your limit you are. You’ll need around 30Mb free to install UpdraftPlus.

    Hi,

Remove UpdraftPlus, and re-install it. Hopefully whatever WP did wrong when unzipping the zip last time, it won’t do this time.
