The site url points to localhost.
Your style sheet is refering to http://localhost/wp-content/themes/default/style.css which unless you are running your browser on the same server as your blog, that wont work.
Log in, go to Options -> General and change both URL’s to
http://85.146.85.126
You really should use a fully qualified domain name instead of an IP address, but the IP address should get you there for now.

can not login anymore

Yes , that is right. Thanks for that. But now I cannot reach the blog on my local network. Am I doing something wrong? It does not work even on the server itself. Is that not strange?

Merely not having an .htaccess will not cause that problem.
Theres very little useful information in that post except telling ppl to clear their cache.
There, now Ive told them, and they don’t need to click through to your blog which has sponsored links on it — unless they want to, that is.
