i want to download a plugin that will backup my wordpress blog

i have tried some of the backup plugins but i am confused as to how to restore my site if anything happens

i chose to have the backup emailed to me but i don’t know what to do after that

Help/support for plugins is on each plugin’s specific sub-forum, so for specific questions – you need to find the plugin on the plugins page – go to the plugin’s own support forum and post there.

The files on the server can be replaced using FTP.

i read that information

i tried the UpdraftPlus – WordPress Backup and Restoration plugin

after i backup my site, i get an email with all of my files but i don’t understand how i restore my site if my host has issues and i lose my site
