WordPress Automatic Update Failed

    When I tried to update WordPress automatically, I received an error saying that WordPress could not copy a readme file. Now the site is littered with warning messages stating “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/minaret/webapps/main_wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 622”.

    Should I try updating WordPress manually, or is there some other way to fix this?
