wordpress and Magento

my company has a magento site and I build things in wordpress. I hate how magento is so codie, It might be great as a ecommerce site but it sucks graphicly. Is there a way I can intergrate the two, so I can make a visually stunning website but also the functionality of a great ecommerce site???
