WordPress and Google 1 button

Just (literally) spotted this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google/

Hi, Otto. I am trying to add the +1 button directly into my theme. Problem is that the <script> tag changes my header:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js"></script>

When I add the above in, the categories in the orange bar move all the way over to the right as shown here:

However, they should be close to the left-hand side as they are currently. http://www.ridingthetiger.org/
