WordPress admin is not loading?

    So I’m managing a website for my friend, and haven’t been on for a while.

    He asked me to add some new stuff to it.

    The backend does not load anymore.

    It just gives me a blank page whenever I put the url.

    How can I fix this and what is the issue?

    Please help!

    Well, actually the frontend doesn’t work either, nor other pages.

    Can you backup the site (files + database) and reinstall wordpress?

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    I seem to have solved the issue by updating the PHP config version.
