WordPress 5.8 all plugins say URL has changed?

I restored my site from a backup (Updraft Plus stored on Google Drive) to a new host (old host suddenly canceled account out of the blue so I couldn’t do a proper migration) and ever since then my plugins have been “losing”(for lack of a better term) their licenses. Now one of my plugins has given me a bit of insight with its error message. It says that my site URL may have changed, but it is still the same URL and content but on a different host (Bitnami on AWS Lightsail.) Is there anything I can do about this at all or should I bite the bullet and start from scratch?
