WordPress 4.4 slowdown

After upgrading to WordPress 4.4 my WordPress backend slowed from 5 sec to over 60 secs per page load. If I deactivate all of the plugins in your collection: https://cloudup.com/c7kMKDiTYOh my admin response time goes from 60 secs to 5 secs. Any thoughts? For now I downgraded to 4.3.
