  • I’ve also just updated to WP 4.4. Send previews are not working, I get an “request error not JSON” error. Hope it gets fixed.

Created a copy of a newsletter and send it to a test-list. It arrived but layout was completely messed up :/

Sorry. I had also upgraded to PHP 7.0. Downgrading to PHP 5.6 seems to make the newsletters look ok again. My issues may not be related to WP 4.4

I’m afraid that this is not my problem. My server runs PHP v 5.3… so I still having the issue that I described in the first post.
    Any ideas? Thanks!

    1) MailPoet is not yet compatible with PHP7, we are working on that.
    2) @oscar.palacios, you might be having this problem: https://support.mailpoet.com/error-403-on-admin-ajax-php/

Hello and thanks, but I don’t receive any error message. When I try to create or to edit a subscription list, only appears the buttons (edit, new, etc.) but the page doesn’t show any content, it’s an empty page (without errors).

@oscar.palacios that’s probably a plugin or theme conflict. You should try to disable all your other plugins and check that page again, if this doesn’t work, try temporarily switching your theme to a default WordPress one.

Hi, I think I have a similar problem to @oscar.palacios, I am new using WordPress and I have just installed the Plugin MailPoet which seems great but when I install the widget on my main page it doesn´t appear, I mean, there is nothing (blank, empty).

The funny thing is that the newsletter and the other functions work perfectly!

Trying to install a plugin to get the email of my suscribers I also installed the plugin “Newsletter” which had the same problem although, at least, this one created me a new page on the menu (with nothing) 😕

    Thanks

Hello and thanks all of you for your answers.
Recently I’ve created a test wordpress installation and in this installation seems like the plugin works fine… so I think (like @MailPoetStaff tells) that it must be a problem with some plugin… but I don’t know with which of them. I will make some tests to find out it.
    Thanks.
