WordPress 4.1 Update Deleted Design Files

    I recently upgraded my site to WordPress 4.1 from WordPress 3.8, and all of my blog design files have disappeared. The blog is still up, but it has no template. This was a custom template I had designed externally, and I can no longer locate it in my site’s FTP files. Is there any way to revert to 3.8 to recover the files?
