WordPress 2.7 yields numerous issues…

i have two wordpress sites: http://quicktrainer.biz/index and http://quicktrainer.biz/qtiblog. on sunday i upgraded http://quicktrainer.biz/index without any issues; smooth as could be.

today, i attempted to upgrade http://quicktrainer.biz/qtiblog and have been feeling the pain ever sense. i cannot login to the dashboard. when i log onto the site i see pieces which are obviously a part of my site, and then the page quickly redirects to another site (http://avg.urlseek.vmn.net/search.php?lg=en&mkt=en&type=404&tb=ie&tbn=avg&q=http%3A%2F%2Fquicktrainer%2Ebiz%2Fqtiblog) which i can then click “back” to see what is my site (but all hosed). when i click on a link within this page, it takes me to the above 404 error page.

at this point, i have reinstalled 2-3 times, restored the original wordpress files via FTP.

what in the heck is going on?
