Wordplress Flash Template

I have stumbled upon a flash template for wordpress http://tvwonline.net/lab/flashWordpressTemplate/
And in the last couple of days I have been trying to set it up on my wordpress website with little luck.

The issue I am getting is “UNKNOWN TEMPLATE: UNDEFINED (ADD CUSTOM FIELD TO YOUR PAGE CALLED “TVW_TEMPLATE”)”. This error doesn’t make sense to me because I have added the custom field “tvm_template” to my pages.

Also I find the readme file so confusing, the author to grab the ID of the page by doing this “Go to Manage -then- Pages (from the wordpress control bar)” I can’t find this anywhere and I have been searching for this manage for a while.

Anyways if anyone has successfully set this up on their website and wouldn’t mind lending me a hand that would be greatly appreciated.
