Hi @mercilesss, all topics are public by default and can only be moderated or edited by wordpress.org, not Wordfence.
If you are a Premium customer you can privately request help at https://support.wordfence.com, although if you are using the Free version we always recommend censoring sensitive information from screenshots before posting the links here. It may be easier for you to modify the images at the URLs you’ve posted at this point.
Broadly speaking, DMARC grades emails for spam likelihood based on a few factors. Not receiving the emails our plugin sends out from WordPress is not a common problem across our customer base but could be triggered by false-positives such as the mention of a bad/spam URL, or specific malware name in our emails. It’s up to the server and recipient to accept the emails we send, so we always recommend adding them to safe sender rules or address book lists to ensure they always reach your inbox.
Many thanks,
Peter.
So how can i fix this issue? The Admin Login notices are important to me, in a worst case scenario someone could be accessing my user from another location and i would not get that Admin Notice email that should get.
Hi @mercilesss,
You should be able to configure your email server’s mail handler to always allow messages based on a rule, such as always allow from wordpress @ yoursite . com, or always allow subject lines containing the word “Wordfence” as two examples that might help. Your host may need to assist if you’re unsure how to modify that from your control panel.
If they’re hitting the spam box after the mail server has processed them, such as when you POP/SMTP deliver to another inbox such as Gmail, you should just be able to add the email address to your address book so it’s considered a safe sender in future.
Thanks,
Peter.
