WordFence Multi-Factor Authentication
-
When using Admin Custom Login with WordFence Multi-Factor Authentication with the option “Enable Separate Prompt for Two Factor Code”, the Admin Custom Login does not progress to the second page to receive the MFA code.

Hi @ewbcflwevbf,
Can you share us the login URL of your site?
Also, share the plugin URL to download and test with our plugin.
Thanks

Weblizar - WordPress Themes & Plugin.
The plugin is from: https://weblizar.com/admin-custom-login-plugin-documentation/
Hello ewbcflwevbf,
We ask for your website’s URL. Please share your own website URL so we can check the issue you are facing.
Thank you.
Please advise alternative channel to provide URL that does not publish it publicly.

There isn’t one. If there is then this topic will be closed as support can move somewhere else.
If you do not want to share a URL, that’s fine. It will hamper volunteers helping you.
If you do share a URL, don’t ask for it to be removed later. That’s not done and short URLs are expanded when found.
Apologies. I agree we should get a paid login customization plugin rather than relying on volunteer support.
For your reference, it looks like this issue only occurs if the following social links after left blank:
Flickr, Tumblr, Skype, Instagram, TelegramThey can be modified to dummy urls (i.e https://mysite.com/sdgerhwhqerthw ) but if they are blank, then the site does not display the second MFA code request page when using WordFence MFA with “Enable Separate Prompt for Two Factor Code”, but instead shows thge username/password prompt page with a message asking for the MFA code to be entered.
We will put dummy url’s in these social links as a temporary work around, until we can move to a paid plugin.
Thanks
Can you share screenshot of problem?
Is it free plugin feature “Enable Separate Prompt for Two Factor Code”?
Thanks
The “Enable Separate Prompt for Two Factor Code” feature is from the WordFence Premium version, which costs $99 / year.
If you can provide us Paid copy of plugin for testing then we can check the issue on the local system.
Sorry! but we can afford to purchase this plugin for testing.
Thanks
I can give you a key for use for 2 weeks, but I cannot post it on a public forum.
How can I send you the key?
You can contact using our site. After proper testing, we will post the result here.
Thanks
