no i am not using any plugin, is wordpress that is the problem could you please help

WordPress does not have any built-in product capability so if you are adding products then there must be a plugin involved. Probably. 😉
If you can provide a link and that plugin name then someone may be able to assist you.

It’s the current default theme that is added as part of the original WP installation. Ideally, it should never be deleted – even if you never intend to use it on your site.
