Woocommerce user first order minimum quantity

How to limit a product minimum quantity only for specific user role on his first order e.g if a subscriber wants to buy a product for the first time he must buy atleast 3 product it is only for first time. How to check it is a user’s first order and how to limit it to minimum quantity???
