woocommerce translation

Is it possible to translate woocommerce attributes such as “add to cart” and other specific titles?
Or do I have to install an external plugin, is there one compatible with qtranslate plus?

I hope I don’t have to migrate to WPML multilingual ( which is pretty expensive).
