With newest update 3.8 I am getting a fatal error.

Would love some help. I am new here to this forum. Do I post the Error Details? Thanks!

Hello @jthiret,

Sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the latest release of the extension.

In order to gain a clearer understanding of the issue, could you please provide the following?

A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

The behavior is the website encountered a fatal error. The site does not load.

I can’t replicate this on my test site but I can see a similar bug recorded by the team in version 3.8.0.

Have you tried downgrading to version 3.7.1?

I built the site so yes I know how to upload a plugin… It worked.. I was not able to find the previous version searching Internet… 3.7.1 is working great … Thanks for your help ~!!!
