woocommerce shipping

Hey guys

I have an online store set up with woocommerce and I tried enable international shipping and every time I do that is the only option that pops up in my cart.

Example) somebody orders a shirt- goes to my cart- Shipping: International Shipping is the only option they can click.

One way around it is that I had to only allow shipping to be visible when the person purchasing goes to checkout , otherwise in the cart it will just be Shipping: with nothing next to it.

I also tried just now to take out International Shipping and disable it but now in my cart page, next to shipping says: ‘Please continue to the checkout and enter your full address to see if there are any available shipping

Please somebody help me, I am not too tech savy as well =(
