Multiple "IPN Payment Completed" order notes generated

    Hi,

    I’m live testing a WooCommerce site for a client and we tested a payment then refund. The refund was done manually via Paypal. Client is using a Paypal personal account.

    The problem is WooCommerce is generating multiple order notes and sending multiple duplicate emails to the notification addresses for the refund. (about 9 each)

    I’ve upgrade to a Business Account and filled out the Paypal token details but I still have the same issue.

    That issue being I receive multiple refund emails (about 9) for each refund I do. They are duplicates.
